The Brief: Dedicated Corporate Hospitality Shuttles
Locker 9 Vehicle Rental, a specialist ground transportation and concierge service supporting major sporting events and production companies, required multiple minibuses to transport guests attending the BMW PGA Championship.
The transport requirement centred on moving corporate and hospitality passengers between a designated park-and-ride location in Sunningdale and Wentworth Golf Club.
Unlike a single scheduled transfer, the booking required vehicles and drivers to remain available throughout the day, providing repeated journeys between the two locations as passengers needed to travel.
